Money Tree
The Money Tree, or Pachira Aquatica, is popular as a relatively easy to grow tree with its narrow stems and its glossy green leaves. The leaves of this plant typically grow in groups of 5-6. It is often sold with a braided trunk. This little tree can grow up to 60 feet tall in nature, but in the limited conditions of a home, will remain under about 6 feet tall. This plant tolerates overwatering slightly better than other trees on the houseplant market.
How to keep it Leafy:
To maintain the braided stem, braid the new stem growth while green and tie it near the top.
